PRE-CONFERENCE INSTITUTE

TUESDAY, AUGUST 8 - 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

“It’s a Tie-Dyed World:  You Have to Listen in Colors to Communicate” – Blaine Sampson

A new addition to this year's program is an all-day institute titled, "It's a Tie-Dyed World: You Have to Listen in Colors to Communicate".  This institute is a memorable, fun and fascinating introduction to the Insights Discovery System, a dynamic program that provides participants with an excellent introduction to their Insights Discovery Personal Profile and the four Insights color energies (Red, Yellow, Green and Blue).  Participants will come away with a much richer understanding of what “makes them tick”, how other people influence and are influenced by their behavior, as well as how to adapt and better connect to others.

This institute is an interactive and participative approach which accommodates all learning styles and creates a common and unforgettable language for people to discuss personality and preference in a positive way. It enables participants to immediately improve their inter-personal relationships.

The Insights Discovery Personal Profile was introduced to Trinity Services by Mr. Sampson.  Art Dykstra, CEO of Trinity has praised the benefits, “not only do staff have a greater sense of their own behavior, they have a much greater understanding of how they relate to others.  Describing behavior in colors, reduces defensiveness and allows for increased collaboration and productivity.”

Prior to the conference you will complete a brief on-line personal profile. At the institute, you will receive a printed and bound personal profile to review during the institute and take home with you.  Shortly after registering for this institute you will receive instructions on how to complete the on-line profile. Due to the time required to prepare the personal profiles prior to the conference, the cost of the institute is non-refundable and the deadline for registering for this institute is July 21, 2006.
