The Peabody Hotel is within walking distance of Beale Street, which is both a historical and a modern entertainment spot that features three blocks of music clubs, restaurants and specialty shops.  Just take a stroll down Beale Street and you will hear some of the most talented blues bands around.  The hotel is also within walking distance of the Rock ‘n Soul Museum and the Gibson Guitar Factory.  There is a free shuttle service that operates everyday between Sun Studio, Rock ‘n Soul Museum and Graceland.  Memphis offers a variety of entertaining activities for the entire family to enjoy.

Cocktail Reception

Join us at the Cocktail Reception on Tuesday evening from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Skyway of the Peabody Hotel.  It is a great opportunity to network with other attendees.  Complimentary appetizers will be served with a cash bar.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6

Dinner and Live Music at BBKing’s Blues Club

Join us Wednesday evening for dinner and live music at BBKing’s, located in the heart of the Beale Street Entertainment District, just a few blocks from the Peabody Hotel.  A buffet style menu will include: BB’s BBQ Ribs, Pulled BBQ Pork, Herb Roasted Chicken, Tossed Caesar Salad, White Cheddar Mac n’ Cheese, BBQ Baked Beans, Home-style Cornbread with Honey Butter, Bourbon Pecan Pie and Mixed Berry Cobbler.  Also included is 2 hours of unlimited drinks (beer/wine/soda).  The cost is $60.00.  Space will be limited so sign up early!  Please be sure to indicate on the conference registration form if you will be attending and if you will be bringing a guest.
