Exhibitor Information

Brain Balance is proud to be part of the Thirteenth National QMRP Conference, where more than 400 directors, Qualified Mental Retardation Professionals (QMRPs), educators, psychologists, consultants, and medical professionals from across the United States and Canada will gather at The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, from August 5-8, 2008. The annual event provides you an opportunity to introduce your products and services, interview prospective employees, and network with QMRPs.

Meet hands-on executive directors, program coordinators, case managers, and soon-to-be executives who write and implement service and support plans for people with developmental disabilities.  Conference attendees order a wide variety of items and services, including assessments, adaptive equipment, computer software, and communication devices.  They also seek the latest offerings in instructive materials, assistive technology, therapeutic aids, and time management tools.

Conference attendees are looking for new and innovative products that can help the people they serve become more independent communicatively, physically, psychologically, socially, and vocationally.  Some are also seeking new career opportunities.  So, if recruitment is one of your needs, plan to meet qualified and eager QMRPs.

The exhibit area, which is in the center of the conference meeting space, will draw high traffic as attendees follow their program.  Upon receipt of your application, we will send you a full contract to be signed, and exhibitor information for additional equipment and services you may require.

The exhibit hours will be Wednesday, August 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday, August 7 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  There will be no exhibit hours on Friday, August 8, 2008.  Contact Vicky Hayes at the National Association of QMRPs, 100 N. Gougar Road, , telephone , fax , email
